- Cabernet Sauvignon - tastes of blackberry with a hint of black current and a red cherry finish.
- Merlot - tastes of plum with a hint of dark chocolate finish.
- White Merlot - tastes of plum and blueberry with a long caramel and buttered popcorn finish.
- Reserve Riesling - tastes of apricot and peach with a nutty finish.
- Riesling - tastes of green apple and apricot.
- Vintners note: Because of drought in 2006, the quantity of wine produced was very limited, but the quality is superb. No shiraz or pinot noir was produced in 2006.
